Hallo Substack people :)

I had a heavy March 2026. The Middle East war has been weighing heavily on me and brought much sadness to me, even though historically it has never been a region that I have particularly been drawn to or connected to. This time it felt different. I even had a friendship end over this which brought me more sadness and emptiness. Each ending creates space new-ness though. There are so many new projects that I want to start working on such as I have re-started writing, there is a conflict/mediation training course that I want to do, I want do another non-violent communication training, I want to do the circling training, I want to do an interior design training. Oof, there is so much of juice I want to squeeze out of this life.
