Jumping off the cliff

Jumping off the cliff is difficult. If it wasn’t, more people would do it. I recently “jumped off a cliff” i.e. left my job without another role lined up and I can say that it felt terrifying to make the move. However, I have come to realise that alignment is requires taking intentional aligned action and also letting things that I have outgrown fall away. Here are two of the books I have been reading in my transition phase to help me:

• Re-reading Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey

• Still Bobbi by Bobbi Brown

I first came across Greenlights last year (I know how late!), and I will leave you with one of my favourite phrases from it that has given and continues to inspire me “ascension in my grade”.
